Yes, you can definitely customize the gift boxes. There will be 5 steps from choosing the type of gift packaging (boxes or bags), decorative items (confetti, lights, etc), main gift, secondary gift items, and customized messages and colour options for ribbons. There are lots of freedom for you to customize for curated gift contents.
- Do you offer personalized messages or greeting cards?
Of course! We have greeting cards and also packaging sleeve where you can include the person’s name and customize the colour as well. Furthermore, we will have seasonal packaging sleeve and greeting cards for our festive seasons.
- Can I request colour themes or specific aesthetics?
The colour themes can be requested for the packaging sleeve, ribbons and also for the shredded paper in the box. We have variety of specific themes and aesthetics for you to choose from.
- Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Don’t worry, the minimum order is one where you are free to customize the gift too. Doesn’t it sound great?

We accept credit and debit card, FPX payment method, Grab and also cash on delivery. (This statement may change depending on the payment integration)

Yes, you can customize the logos and branding for the corporate orders. Kindly submit your logo or branding to our company for us to customize them for you. For inserts, if you have business cards to include them in the gifts, we request to send them to us so that we can insert them in the gift.

Yes as we will send the videos and images of the boxes and arrangement of the gifts upon request.
- Can gifts be delivered to multiple addresses?
For now, we do not offer this type of delivery. Kindly send a convenient address for us to deliver the bulk orders to your doorstep.
- Do you offer corporate invoicing and documentation?
Yes, we will provide e-invoice upon request
- Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Kindly take note there’s no return or exchange of product once the order is placed and the payment is successfully done.
- What if my item arrives damaged?
We focus on safe packaging and delivery for to ensure zero damage. However, if there is any damage or scratches on product, kindly send us pictures and videos for a proof and we will notify you on the refund.
- What if the gift is different from what I ordered?

Kindly take note that the customized items are not returnable nor refundable unless there is an error from our side.

Yes, most of gift packaging like boxes and bags are reusable.
